BA (Hons), LLB, LLM (Taxation), H Dip Company Law (Witwatersrand, Johannesburg).
He has been the President & CEO of Sakhumnotho Group Holdings (Pty) Ltd for 20 years, the Convenor of The Global Business Roundtable(“GBR”) for 11 years and the President & CEO of the Global Fund for Jesus(“GFFJ”) for 11 years.
He is an Adjunct Professor in the College of Economics and Management Sciences at the University of South Africa(“UNISA”).
He is the Fellow of the Institute of Directors of Southern Africa (“IoDSA”).
He is an Attorney of the High Court of the Republic of South Africa.
